Enumclaw Youth & Family Services

Serving the Rural Community of Enumclaw and the Plateau Area

In 1980 Auburn Youth Resources and the City of Enumclaw established Enumclaw Youth and Family Services (EYFS) in response to the growing needs of at-risk youth and their families in Enumclaw and the Plateau area.

EYFS is designed to respond to a wide diversity of needs in the area. The drop-in center offers after-school and summer programs for youth between the ages of 8 and 18. The center provides the youth of Enumclaw with a variety of programs in a safe and enriching environment.

The clinical staff at EYFS provides individual counseling, family therapy, and case management services. Education and prevention programs offered include anger management groups, teen support groups, parenting classes, parent/teen support groups, substance abuse treatment and prevention services, and teen pregnancy prevention.

A unique collaboration between EYFS and the Enumclaw School District offers school-based counseling and substance abuse treatment and prevention services to children in the Enumclaw schools.
